Item comes with storage and usage directions along with tips if you are having trouble removing the backing of your topper. This item is very temperamental in different weather conditions. Everyone has different skill levels when dealing with these. They do not “MELT” technically and this is a non-perishable item, but they can get very soft in high temps and making it hard to get backing off. Same as with the heat, the extreme cold can make them very brittle. We package these very well with Fragile and do not bend or force in mailbox warnings in multiple places on package, but it can still happen. Please contact us if so. Same day shipping if your order comes in before our mail is picked up but no longer than 24 hours of purchase. Please note our mail guy comes anywhere from 10 am to 4pm. We are located in Maryland and USPS Standard now known as Ground Advantage shipping takes 2-6 days typically depending on your location. USPS Priority is typically 2-3 days. But can take up to 4 by USPS rules. PLEASE NOTE: USPS Express mail is not promised 1 day mail, but it is promised 1- or 2-days max, and if it does not you can request a refund through them. So please proceed in caution when paying that much that it may not arrive in 1 day. We are sorry we have no control over this once it leaves our hands. No refunds excepted on this item. Due to the nature of this product and they fact we print everything fresh to order we will not except a return on this item. We will never sell an old or returned item. We get our edible paper in fresh every 3-4 days, and it has a year shelf life once we print and heat seal your item, if kept correctly.
