Madison’s 1st birthday party featured a carnival theme. A 3-dimensional clown “welcomed” guests as they walked inside the party room. There they found a large sign with adorable photos of Madison from her first year. Popcorn boxes filled with paper shred and lollipops were scattered throughout.
